NoToPests ("NoToPests," "we," "us," or "the Site") is committed to giving you control over your personal information. This page explains your privacy rights, how to exercise them, and the choices available to you regarding how your data is collected, used, and shared. NoToPests is a directory service operated by Lead Sights that helps homeowners locate and contact independent third-party pest control service providers.

2. Opt Out of Data Sale and Sharing
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. In the context of our business, "sale" and "sharing" may include:
- Sharing browsing data or device identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising
- Providing call-related data to third-party platforms for operational purposes
- Using advertising cookies or tracking pixels that allow third parties to collect data about your activity on the Site
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
Email Us: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize the GPC browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device.
Please note that opting out of data sale and sharing does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements. It means the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests because they will not be based on your browsing activity on our Site.

Call data is managed in part through third-party platforms and is subject to those platforms' data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
If you do not wish to have your calls tracked or recorded, do not place calls through phone numbers displayed on the Site. For questions about call data, contact us at [email protected].
